How Janette Valenzuela Got "Discovered"...
My good 'ole bud Janette BETTER REMEMBER ME WHEN SHE'S FAMOUS...
...because this woman is starting her road to fame and fortune AS WE SPEAK. That's right, this sexy, Latin bombshell will is currently preparing for the role of "Marie Carmen" with Chayanne and Vanessa Williams. Marie Carmen is supposed to be Chayanne's friend in the film - that's all she can tell me right now. DRATS. Oh, and one more thing, there will be a MAJOR make-out scene that poor Janette HAS TO DO with Chayanne. (she's real depressed about this).
ANYWAY,
As soon as I get the story right from her, I'll be talking about how they met at the Sportsman's Lodge last Friday, danced together, and seemed to fit like hand-in-glove. She said she never felt so comfortable with someone in all her life. Apparently the producer had spotted them dancing and almost fell off his chair trying to get a closer look. He asked them to dance again, and got his assistant to watch. The minute the assistant saw them, she smiled and said "That's her. THAT is Marie Carmen.".
The producer had auditioned 40 girls prior to Janette. Janette got the role the next day...
