Dear Edie,
You'd mentioned a bit over breakfast about Salomon. Nothing you could have said would have prepared me for him. Wow! ..... He is completely different than any teacher in any discipline I've met before.
There's this unique combination of intense attention to technical detail("getting it right"), but a boyish sense of fun & lack of ego while doing it. Simply incredible! I don't think the guys there really understood the importance of what he was saying, but were too obsessed with learning steps. When Salomon speaks you'd better listen carefully, because there's alot ofwisdom there.

My name is William and I saw you and Salomon perform together last night at Fandango's. I wish to offer my congratulations for a great performance last night and for the winning of the salsa championship in Miami. You guys make a powerful and exciting couple on the dance floor and I wish you the best of luck with all of your future plans.
You are right about Salomon; I've know him for years now, and he is one of the nicest and warmest people you can ever meet. He is also an awesome dancer, like yourself.
