Size 4 to Size 2....

How I'm planning on getting down from a size four, to a size two, or in other words, from 129 lbs to 112 lbs:

There's got to be an overwhelming reason. My desire is to be small enough so my partner can lift me above his head with one arm. I cannot be heavy for his plans....

I will exercise the same, however my eating will have to be changed pretty radically. I have a tremendous amount of muscle underneath a layer of fat.

Plan:
I will eat three good meals a day, and cut in half the quantities I used to eat. I'll also start staying away from high-fat proteins like bacon, sausage, and ham. My sugar intake will be kept at an absolute minimum. I will have no pastas, very little breads, and virtually no fats. My fat-burning tool will be combining proteins and complex, fibrous carbohydrates like green, orange, red, and yellow vegetables.

Sample schedule:
Breakfast:
1/2 bowl oatmeal or cereal
Coffee

Lunch: Sushi, chicken, veg's and rice

Dinner: Same as lunch, maybe substitute fish for protein, veg's and some fruit for desert.

No snacking, no cheating.

We'll see how this goes. My objective is to weigh 112 lbs. Remember, I am not going for dress size shrinkage, but for actual "body weight" in addition to "body size" shrinkage.

I have to get smaller. I have to lose the fat that's on top of my muscles. I may even have to sacrifice some muscle loss in the process.

I want my abs to TOTALLY be shredded when I wear a cut-off top. To be a dancer, you must weigh less, eat less, and exercise more. It's going to take an incredible amount of disciplin, but I figure it's just mind over matter. It's all in my head, in my attitude, and how I will have to re-adjust my life to accommodate my mind's wishes. This will have to be a new way of life for me. This is my new way of life. I've been a size four for a year now, now, it's time to change again. I've waited long enough, and I'm not getting any younger. The older I get, the harder it will be to change. I might as well do it now. I MUST do it now. My desire to get small is more powerful than than my desire for too much food. (I just have to keep telling myself that...) My diary, before you. My desire to weigh less far outweighs my desire for overeating.

Well folks, here it goes. My new way of life:
Day 1. 12/5/96
B: Oatmeal, coffee
L: Oriental Food - chicken, veg's rice
D: Oriental Food - shrimp, veg's rice

What happened last week:
Day 7. 12/12/96
I've been really successful at only eating 3 times a day, with no snacking. What has PROVEN to get rid of fat fast is this:

Early morning: Lowfat Cafe Late at Starbucks.
Morning: 1 bowl of oatmeal with 1 tablespoon brown sugar, 1 cup of black coffee.
Lunch: Thai food: 1.5 cups white steamed rice, with fish combo soup in a fish broth. It's called the seafood combo.
Dinner: The rest of the Thai food I had at lunch.

When I craved something sweet, I had a cup of coffee. One time, I put one teaspoon of sugar in it because that day it tasted like Crude Oil....

How I feel: FULL and FANTASTIC.

- I did the above for 7 days, yesterday I had El Pollo Loco for lunch, and a half (large) plain hamburger with a large Coke for dinner at around 6:30pm. Starting at about 8:30pm, I HAVE HAD THE WORST STOMACH ACHE FOR THE PAST 16 HOURS...My body TOTALLY GOT USED to the fish soup/combo and oatmeal, and now that I fed it something different, along with heavy meat (beef), I'm sick! I actually CRAVE the light fish combo and oatmeal, and can't wait to get back on the regime.

I cannot believe how fast my body got used to the fish soup/combo with rice regime!

TRY THIS....

I also DID NOT change my workout habbits.... in fact, I DECREASED my aerobics to twice in a week, only 20 minutes and LOW INTENSITY. (#2 level on the bike for example (levels go up to 12)...)

A LEAN BODY DEPENDS ON WHAT YOU EAT..... and how little the portions are...and lifting weights.....6 days a week - at least.

Good luck to YOU.

Take care
