
Dance Injuries

Bottom line, DANCERS, take care of your injury, and stop dancing, IMMEDIATELY until the pain stops. Take vitamins, minerals, and herbs, eat sensibly, apply herbs to the affected area (Sellenium powder, made into a paste is excellent), take Aspirin baths, stay off of your injury, and if necessary, go see a Chiropractor, and Acupuncturist right away. Don't be an IDIOT like me, and wait until you're practically crippled before you go see someone about it.
