Introduction: Instructional Salsa/Mambo videos have become very popular over the last few years. They are a step up from learning from a book (though never as good as learning from the real thing). The best thing to with a video is to learn how to mimic the moves on the tape and then break it down to the dance timing you prefer best. To paraphrase an old saying, "If you cant take yourself to the instructor, then youll have to bring the instructor to you". Good luck and happy dancing. - Manny
